How do I place an order?

We make it easy for you to place an order. Simply browse our collection of rare and highly collectible instruments and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Payment and Shipping. Our team works hard to make sure your guitar is packaged with care and shipped out as soon as possible.

 

Returns and Refunds:

At Penthouse Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your guitar, please contact us within two (2) days of receiving it to initiate the return process. We'll work with you to make sure you're taken care of and your refund is processed quickly. To read our entire return policy, click here.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship guitars anywhere in the world (within CITES regulations, of course). For a shipping quote, please email kyle@penthouseguitars.com and provide the guitar you're interested in and a quote will be provided to you ASAP!

If I'm in or near Denver, can I pick up my order?

Yes! Please email kyle@penthouseguitars.com to make arrangements.

Can I come visit the shop?

The Penthouse is open by invitation only.

Why are your prices a little higher than excellent condition guitars on Reverb?

The large majority of our guitars are what could be considered New Old Stock. Some of them had more play time at the factory than they've had since. The condition on some of them is closer to buying new rather than one that has been played and is in excellent shape.

I'm looking for something particular. Can you find it for me?

We have guitar contacts all around the world. If you're searching for a specific guitar and we don't have it in stock, let us know and we'll be happy to ask around on your behalf.
